That iconic curry sauce recipe is so prized, it’s kept under lock and key to stay ahead in Singapore’s ultra-competitive F&B scene.
“We really want to protect this recipe. It’s from this recipe that we have been able to branch out into other secondary products,” says Old Chang Kee’s CFO Song Yeow Chung.
