Huobi Global's HTX cryptocurrency exchange experienced a security breach, as reported by the blockchain analytics platform Cyvers. During the attack, a total of $7.9 million worth of cryptocurrency was stolen. 💸🥷🏼
In response to the incident, the exchange has identified the attacker and offered a "white-hat bonus" equal to 5% of the drained amount if the attacker returns 95% of the stolen funds.
