❌ Alexey Pertsev, the developer behind the sanctioned crypto mixer Tornado Cash, has been denied bail. His lawyers are preparing to submit an appeal against the money laundering charges.

He was sentenced to over five years for allegedly laundering $1.2 billion. The court also denied his request for computer access to prepare his defense, despite objections from his lawyers.

JusticeDAO called the ruling a "gross miscarriage of justice."
