Это, пожалуй, первый раз, когда я вижу в публичной аналитической сфере, да еще в США, поднятие вопроса послевоенного устройства через призму решения других территориальных споров.
Особенно примечательно то, что здесь прямо говориться про Карельский Вопрос. В этом свете вступление в НАТО Финляндии выглядит уже совсем под другим углом.
