Amazon said it has agreed to invest up to $4 billion in Anthropic, the text AI assistant Claude developer, which is already integrated into platforms such as Slack, Notion, and Zoom. This move can pose a significant challenge to OpenAI and ChatGPT. Despite this, OpenAI still leads the investment game with $11.3 billion, primarily sourced from Microsoft.
💬 Users from the US and the UK can interact with Claude personally. However, individuals from other countries will require a VPN and a US/British phone number to register.
🔎 Our team tested Claude. Currently, it only supports English but delivers responses at an impressive speed. The quality of answers is comparable to gpt-3.5-turbo.
For example, Claude efficiently generated Python code for a snake game and offered valuable advice for preparing for an interview at McKinsey. However, it fell short when asked to provide an interesting fact about each US state or solve a logic problem (although with a hint solved it).
