📱 From A to Z: AI Creates a Unique Alphabet

Google Labs has launched a free experimental project using generative AI called the GenType Alphabet Creator. Powered by Imagen 2, an advanced AI image generator, this tool was inspired by a Google developer looking for a simple and visual way to teach their child the English alphabet.

📱 How does it work?

1️⃣ Log in to your account through the Google Labs page.

2️⃣ Specify the subject you want to use to design the letters and click Generate.

3️⃣ All 26 English alphabet letters are generated using a single prompt.

Tips

🔺Your prompt should include three parameters: what the letters will be made of, the background, and the style. For example, the prompt is chocolate cupcakes, a pink background, and an aerial shot.

🔺You can enter a separate prompt for each letter. Example: The letter “A” made out of grape jelly on toast, aerial shot.

🔺 If you’re unsatisfied with how a letter turned out, you can regenerate it by clicking Regenerate.

🔺 Once your alphabet is ready, you can type any text using the generated letters in the right window.

✍️ Where can it be useful?

Images can be saved and copied for use in other applications. This tool is handy for teaching children letters through visual associations.
