📱 The CEO Who Made Microsoft the World's Most Valuable Company

Microsoft's worth went up more than 70% in the last two years, mainly due to major investments in AI companies. The man behind these strategic decisions was Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella. While many consider these investments risky bets, they have already started bringing tangible results.

Recently, Time magazine has named Satya Nadella one of the 100 most influential people in the "Titans" category.

Satya Narayana Nadella was born on 19 August 1967 in Hyderabad, India. His mother was a Sanskrit scholar, and his father, a Marxist economist, worked in the Indian civil service. 

🎓 Satya holds a BS in electrical engineering from Mangalore University, an MS in computer science from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

📈 Nadella started his career at Sun Microsystems before joining Microsoft in 1992. He held various leadership positions in the company, including executive vice president of Microsoft’s Cloud and Enterprise group. In 2014, he became CEO of Microsoft and pushed the company to embrace cloud computing and open-source software.
