📸 Luma AI Unveils Photon: A New Text-to-Image Model
The developers of Dream Machine video generator Luma AI have unveiled the Photon image generation AI model.
Luma AI claims that the model's "revolutionary architecture" delivers higher quality compared to Midjourney V6, Recraft V3, Flux 1.1 Pro, and Ideogram V2, all while being up to 10 times more affordable.
Photon's main features
💩 1080p Resolution Generation: cinematic shots, design projects, model photo shoots, paintings on canvas, and more.
💩 Iteration and Memory: sketches from Photon can be refined, and other images can be created from them.
💩 Reference system: the model can generate pictures based on the references given.
💩 Characters: Photon can create consistent characters from just one input image and place them in any scene with simple instructions (currently in beta).
The developers will soon open access to Photon Flash—a lightweight and cost-effective version of the model.
Photon is seamlessly integrated into the Dream Machine service and is available for free. Without a subscription, users will be placed on a waitlist.
