Lotus Health AI is a free AI doctor launched by the San Francisco startup with the same name. In the U.S., as in many countries, doctor shortages can lead to unacceptably long waits for appointments. Lotus AI provides free access to qualified medical assistance right from your smartphone.

The AI model was trained on medical research, clinical recommendations, and a multitude of medical records. Users upload their medical records, test results, tracker data, and other health information through the app. Taking into account the patient's complaints and condition, the "AI doctor" conducts a consultation.

Final diagnoses are reviewed by real doctors, including those from Stanford and Harvard. After the "AI appointment," the user receives a treatment plan and, if necessary, prescriptions for medications.

In complex cases, the service will refer the patient to relevant specialists, and in emergencies, it will advise on how to get urgent care.

💰 The startup recently raised $35 million in investments. It currently only operates only in the U.S.
