The city of Denia is located right at the foot of Montgo Mountain. From the west, the city is surrounded by mountains, which provides it with a moderate mild climate.

The large seaport of Denia-Marina de Denia – is an impressive sight. Hundreds of yachts and boats standing at the berths, malls, breakwaters, and in the southern part of the port there is a large fish market with an incredible amount of the most diverse fish.
