98-meter gilded stupa in Yangon, Myanmar. The name comes from "Shwe" (Burm. gold) and "Dagon" — the ancient name of Yangon. The most revered pagoda in Burma, according to legend, contains relics of the four Buddhas: the staff of Kakusandha, the water filter of Konagamana, part of the tunic of Kassapa and eight hair of Gautama.
