Mount Fitzroy, Patagonia, #Argentina🇦🇷

Mount Fitzroy, also known as Cerro Chaltén, was first conquered in 1952 by French climbers Lionel Terrai and Guido Magnoni.

The mountain is named after Captain Robert FitzRoy, who led Charles Darwin's expedition aboard HMS Beagle in 1834.

Mount Fitzroy is located on the border between Argentina and Chile, in Los Glaciares National Park, and is one of Patagonia's most iconic peaks.
