Two lions relocated from southern mozambique to zambeze delta

Towards the end of last year Sean Viljoen filmed the relocation of two male lions from the South of Mozambique to the also Mozambican Zambeze Delta. These lions were at serious risk of being poisoned by the local community due to the lions killing their cattle. Therefore, they were relocated so that they were no longer under the threat of human wildlife conflict. They are now roaming the Zambeze Delta ecosystem freely as wild lions should 🦁
