🧭 COMPASS JELLYFISH 🧭

This is the compass jellyfish, Chrysaora hysoscella, which is commonly found in the North Eastern Atlantic Ocean! It gets its common name from the brown markings on top of its bell as they look similar to a compass!

This species grows to be around 30cm/11.8in wide and 70cm/27.5in in length, and it packs a pretty nasty sting!
