Fall in love with the leopard shark! 😄

This shark species can respire while stationary and is often found resting on the seafloor. It breathes by drawing in water through its mouth (or through an opening behind each eye, known as a spiracle) and passing it over the gills!

Unlike the great white or mako shark, this curious creature does not need to swim constantly to stay alive.
