"Turtles hatchlings faces so many challenges since the first minute of life that only 1 in 1000 will survive and reach a mature age. I witnessed so many hatchlings disappearing in the sky taken by seagulls and other sea birds. I tried to escort some on the way down the beach to keep the birds away but unfortunately onces they reach the water there is nothing we can do. I’m aware this is sad to watch but at the same time this happens in all species in the animal kingdom, and its called NATURE."
