Flatworms reproduce sexually and asexually and spend life on ocean floor

Flatworms are quite primitive animals spending most of their life on the oceans ground! But that moment they start flying in open water they unfold their magic. Their sexual reproduction is quite interesting. Two facts: (1) Flatworms are able to reproduce sexually but also asexually, meaning that a single worm can just divide itself resulting in two of them. (2) When they are mating with another worm, they fight first. The winner is then allowed to act as the male... that's possible because they are also hermaphrodites (each worm has both genders).
