Агуті в колумбії від national geographic

Agoutis are medium-sized rodents found in Central and South American rainforests, and this individual was recorded in Colombia.

They are diurnal foragers that feed on fruits, nuts, seeds, and small plants. With their strong teeth, they can crack open tough nuts like Brazil nuts, making them one of the few animals capable of doing so.

They often bury extra food to save for later but sometimes forget where they’ve buried it, helping the forest regenerate and thrive.
