Big Bear's beloved eaglets are in safe hands (wings?) as winter storms blanket mountains across Southern California this week.

With Dad Shadow out, Mom Jackie could be seen keeping her three babies warm as snow blanketed the nest overnight. The couple takes turns watching and feeding the baby birds, who won't be ready to move out for several more months.
