They're as wobbly as they are cute! These young beavers are at home in the cold waters of Montana, hundreds of miles north of where a massive fire ripped through Colorado in 2020. Nearly everything was destroyed in the fires—except for the areas where beavers had been at work. For centuries, they were seen as pests. Now, beavers are emerging as an unexpected solution to one of our biggest climate crises.
