Top U.N. officials say neither country should have a military presence at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant.

At an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council on Tuesday, top officials called for an immediate agreement on a demilitarized perimeter around a Russian-occupied nuclear plant in southern Ukraine and for neither country’s military to occupy the facility where fighting has prompted international fears of a disaster.
