The UN Security Council must develop solutions for peace in Ukraine. If the UN does not know how to make this decision, there are two things that can be done. Either eliminate Russia as an aggressor and a source of war from blocking decisions about its own aggression, its own war. And then do everything possible to bring the peace. Or show how the UN can re-form. And work for peace. If the current format is unalterable and there is no way out, then only voluntary dissolution will follow. I am convinced that the UN can do without the third option.
