Вчора у прикордонному місті Овручі на Житомирщині було закладено капсулу з нагоди початку будівництва дитсадочка.

Для повного відновлення потрібно багато часу та фінансів, але початок уже є.

Estonia supports our sovereignty and territorial integrity not with words, but with real steps.

I am grateful to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia Urmas Reinsalu for this visit, during which we started the rebuilding of the most important infrastructure: schools and kindergartens.
Yesterday, in the border town of Ovruch in the Zhytomyr region, a capsule was laid on the occasion of the start of construction of a kindergarten.

Full reconstruction will take a lot of time and money, but the start has already taken place.
