13 people arrested for suspected involvement in OCBC scams

9 men and 4 women, aged between 19 and 22, were picked up in an islandwide operation mounted on Feb 16 and 17.
An array of mobile devices, bank cards, SIM cards, cash amounting S$2,760 and 2 Rolex watches — worth a total of S$35,600 — were seized.
