ABSD for cars? Car ownership in Singapore is progressive through additional registration fee: MOT
Levies on additional cars would not be effective as only 5% of households here own more than one car, says the Ministry of Transport.
This was in response to a recent commentary by BT's Leslie Yee on whether the COE system for cars should borrow ideas from the ABSD regime for homes.
