Cordillia Tan, 29, may have taken the reins of her dad's company Pitstop Tyres - but she's no 'nepo-baby'.

The debt-swamped company was overdue on utility bills and owed multiple suppliers when she joined in 2020.

She shares how she went from working in a venture capital firm to fixing cars, and how being "tyre jiejie" on TikTok saved the business from plunging into bankruptcy.
