🎭 Become Anyone with Act-One by Runway
The Act-One feature of the Gen-3 Alpha by Runway can transform a video of you into a clip featuring a character that fully mimics your facial expressions and voice.
Instructions:
1️⃣ Upload a clear video of your face to Gen-3 Alpha or record one directly in the model’s interface. For the best results, use expressive facial movements. Avoid overly dynamic scenes to prevent AI´s hallucinations.
2️⃣ Attach an image in the style you want for the result, or choose a ready-made option from the developers. If you create an animal avatar, select a highly "human-like" reference; otherwise, the model might reject it.
3️⃣ Done! In just a few minutes, you’ll see a character speaking in your voice and mimicking your movements. Examples in the video ⤴️

How to Change the Character’s Voice:
If your voice doesn’t suit the character, you can fix this using the Voice Changer by ElevenLabs.
1️⃣ Go to the service, select the Voice Changer feature, and upload the created video.
2️⃣ Choose one of the available voices — it will be applied automatically. If needed, you can manually synchronize the video with the audio.
