Лофотен норвезький архіпелаг отримав назву від форми льодяного сліду рися

Lofoten is an archipelago in the north of Norway. The name “Lofoten” comes from one of the islands being shaped like a lynx’s foot. This island was originally called Lófót (“ló” means “lynx” and “fót” derives from the word for “foot”), which later gave its name to the entire region 🐾

Lofoten islands are about 300km above the Arctic Circle and a great place for an adventure. Some of the activities you can do in Lofoten include hiking, climbing, fishing, kayaking, skiing, Arctic surfing, and cycling ❄️
