Yellow box fish are pretty good at defending themselves from predators – if they are attacked, they blow themselves up to appear more threatening and release a powerful toxin that will kill any fish in the immediate surroundings 🐠🐟🐡

Their boxy shape is due to rigid bony plates with holes to allow their mouth, eyes, fins, and tail to operate.
