Сьогодні у Франківську провели засідання Конгресу місцевих та регіональних влад. Дуже важливе засідання саме зараз, коли є час підготуватися до зимового сезону як на державному рівні, так і на рівні областей та громад. Маємо бути свідомі того, що російські терористи спробують продовжити атаки проти української енергетики, проти нормального життя людей. Але наша незламність має перемогти.

Обговорили сьогодні й бюджетні питання. Місцеві бюджети мають суттєві ресурси, які треба витрачати з державницької позиції. Усі бачать, якими є потреби на передовій. Усі бачать, на чому акцентують волонтери. Отже, усі бюджети – і державний, і місцевий – мають відповідати пріоритету номер один, а саме обороні. Допомога нашим воїнам, допомога захисту, допомога сімʼям наших героїв і загалом захисту життя.

Today, we held a meeting of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities in Ivano-Frankivsk. This is a very important meeting right now, as there is time to prepare for the winter season both at the state level and at the level of regions and communities. We have to be aware that Russian terrorists will try to continue their attacks against the Ukrainian energy sector and against the normal life of people. But our resilience must prevail.

We also discussed budgetary issues today. Local budgets have substantial resources that should be spent according to the state's position. Everyone sees the needs on the frontline. Everyone sees what volunteers emphasize. Therefore, all budgets – both state and local – should be in line with the number one priority, namely defense. Assistance to our warriors, assistance to the defense, assistance to the families of our heroes, and in general to the defense of life.
